Provide clear videos and photos while unboxing and of the damage or defect, along with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or a full refund for the damaged items.

2. Incorrect Items

If you receive a hamper with incorrect items, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will review the details and, if an error is found, we will arrange for the correct items to be sent to you at no additional charge.

3. Delivery Issues

If there are any issues with delivery, such as a missing shipment or delivery to the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the delivery service to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your hamper.

4. Change of Mind
