Order Processing: Order processing times are separate from the shipping times. All orders are processed within 2- 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. All orders are processed from our warehouse in Gurgaon, Haryana
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the package. Additional charges may apply for expedited shipping or special delivery requirements.
Delivery Time: We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India only. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Tracking Your Orders: When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from our Delivery partner which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Our Delivery partners will contact you via phone call or text message on the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 9811330116 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at 9811330116 and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement.
